Theme License Information
When you buy Owen Hydrogen Theme from the Truestorefront.com, that theme is licensed only to the store that you originally buy it for or for one client. Unlicensed themes aren't eligible for support or updates when new features are released.
You may establish the appearance of your Shopify Store with Owen Hydrogen template from us. If you download Owen Hydrogen Theme, you are licensed to use it for a single Store only. You are free to transfer a Theme to a second one of your own Stores if you close your first Store. To initiate a transfer of a Theme to a second one of your Stores, please contact Our Support.
What is allowed with single regular license
- You can create one single website for yourself or for your client and you can transfer that single website to your client for any fee. This license is then transferred to your client.
- To sell the same website to another client, you will need to purchase another regular license.
- You can install the theme on your development store for testing/development purposes and that installation can never be available to the public.
- You can modify or manipulate the theme and maybe combine it with others works to create the End Product.
- Theme updates for that single End Product (website) are free.
What is never allowed
- With a single regular license you are never allowed to create multiple websites. For multiple websites you will need multiple regular licenses.
- Multi-store Shopify installations (incase you use multi domain for multi language store) are never allowed with single regular license. Each regular license entitles you to use the theme in only one store (store/domain/subdomain). For multiple stores/domains/subdomains you will need multiple regular licenses.
- You are not permitted to transfer or sell Owen Hydrogen Theme to any other person's.
