We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for our Shopify templates. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of the date of purchase and we will refund your payment in full.

Please note that we may ask for additional information to verify your purchase..

Please note that we only refund if your theme does not work as described on the product page and our technical supporter refuses to resolve it.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Customizations or modifications made to the template by the customer's request
  • Templates that have been downloaded
  • Templates that have been used on a live website
  • Templates that have been modified by the customer in any way
  • Never submit the issue to our technical team and ask for refund because of this
